Tsukia Oneida is first and foremost known as a rare beauty in the Warlands. As the wife of Pal’Tan Oneida she travels in relative ease and safety throughout the Warlands and the Saikan Wastes and so her legendary beauty is well known to all. That she is a Beguiler, however, is not well known and both she and her husband want to keep it that way.
